I would hope that ALL cartoonists of EVERY stripe would weigh their drawings extremely carefully until the present administration AND its “Idiot” supporters in Congress are turned out of office – we have NO CLUE of what will strike them as a “wonderful” idea which they will then spend billions if not trillions on – remember, the present power structure consists of “snake-oil” salesmen who have come to believe in the efficacy of their own “snake-oil”!
Jokes on you, they are from Earth just 237 million years in the future. They are trying to communicate in such a way that if we can translate them into music and play the right tune they will know we are advanced enough. And they are lonely.
Oh and they are terrestrial cephelopods. Tool users and have reached a very advanced level by the time the contacted us.
