It was always similar with me. The schools out here hired coaches. It was hard to get a job because they felt they needed coaches, coaches, coaches. One time, while making copies, I did a quick calculation, looking at the names on our mailboxes, and realized that 45% of our teachers were coaches.

One district I worked for wanted to know what other talents I could contribute to the job “You have to wear many hats here.”they said. After a few years I felt more like a coat rack .
