Nope, just the part of the wall.

I was at a company that made our cubicles kind of like that. The wall between one row and the next was down at desk level so I guess you could stare at the person in the row next to you? Fortunately I was allowed to order office supplies and found that a 6 ft whiteboard pretty much replaced the wall perfectly.
