So true. For my grades 1-8, I only knew a few teacher’s first names. But, for all grades, we called them Mr./Ms/Mrs. and their last name.

You didn’t call them Teacher Bob or Teacher Sue like in the Berenstain Bears? I did. (Well, Morah-that’s Hebrew for teacher, and they were Jewish day schools).
