I once had to go find our dog at about 6 in the morning one January. My husband was away from home for work and my kids were too young to help me find the dog. We had 6" of snow overnight so I could follow his tracks. His name was Brandy. Can you believe what the neighbors though of this woman who was running down the street with a winter coat over a long nightgown yelling “Brandy, Brandy” ? I finally found him and dragged him home, and not too gently.
