Jim: I can walk my dog in the garden! Woman: Didn't they tell you? There's a "now new pets" policy! Everyone who owns a pet now can keep them, but there will be no new pets allowed in the building. Jim: What? I can't move without Dixie! Woman: It's a recent edict. Perhaps they'll make an exception. Jim: Who's "they"? How can I get an interview with these people?!! Woman:... don't make your rent payments.
