Connie: So, your girl is home and on to another phase of her life! Elly: I've hardly seen her since she arrived, Connie. She's rented a place near the school where she's teaching - and to be honest, I don't know where she is half the time! Connie: She's on her own, Elly! You've done your job. Elly: And I try to let go. I try not to pry... but it's not easy. She's still one of my kids. Connie: Uh huh... and the cleaner you cut the apron strings, the more they'll want to be back in your kitchen!
From what I hear about Mississauga now, living near the school, ie, in town, is a bad idea.
