My mini-dach loved to chase the cat. The cat would lead her on a circular route from the family room to the living room and back. After a few laps the cat would pull out of the dog’s sight and jump up on a couch before the dog rounded the corner. Then the cat would sit smugly as the dog ran round and round chasing nothing. It was a hoot.
