Elly: I'm glad Iris decided to visit her son, Dad. I've been wanting some time alone with you. I haven't been keeping you up-to-date, but now I can tell you what's going on in our lives. Jim: Yes! Elly: The wedding is all planned. We're having it on August 23rd. Elizabeth is going to lovely in Mom's dress, and Anthony's uncle is supplying formal wear for the men! Jim: Yes? Elly: April's going to sing! Wait 'til you hear her! Michael's written a wonderful speech, the children are all in the wedding party! Jim: I guess you could call this a "glow by glow description"!
Seeing this comic at this stage with Elly’s dad, brings back memories of our dad in his last stages of Alzhimers, before he died last year.-Good memories of him-being around him. Miss him…..
