Annie will be back when the police leave. I assume someone has contacted her about a break in at the house..

John just learned a lesson: More people talk themselves into a jail cell than out of one. If you are under arrest, make no small talk and when interrogated, keep your answers short and sweet. The less you say, the better.

I beg to differ about the dentist not being painful anymore. Try going when you have a gag reflex. Try going when you need another crown. It’s still painful when you get the bill. Ouch!

I wish I could afford to go to a dentist no more dental insurance.

Thanks, Elly. This was a GREAT idea. Maybe WE should install an alarm for whenever Anne comes up the walkway to dump her kid off because she doesn’t want to pay for a babysitter.

I’m sure the cops are secretly enjoying this. B&E to get a potty! The whole stationhouse will be laughing!

I wish it would just skip ahead to where April’s born…that would be nicer than where we are now

They put a “criminal” in the back seat with no handcuffs and no barrier?? That wouldn’t happen in real life.

Dentists seem to do a lot less for a lot more these days, mine sent me to a dental hygenist, I am sure because she couldnt be bothered cleaning & polishing, another bill, I think they are in cahoots! Maybe getting kickbacks!:-(

I don’t hate dentists. But I do hate giving them my money.

I would have had the kid sit on the potty they found than try to get one from his house. He’ll have to learn sometime that when he needs to go, “any port in a storm” is quite handy.

Wouldn’t John’s hands be cuffed if he were actually under arrest? Or didn’t they do that in Toronto back in those days?

They don’t handcuff for minor offenses and John is not acting threatening. They do put people in the back while interrogating other people and making decision whether to make an arrest or give a ticket. I bet it is a gray area for the police…the neighbor is babysitting the kid whose house he broke into to get his potty…it is B & E but not quite…I believe Anne will show up and ask police not to charge John.

This is seriously Annie’s fault. Next time she asks Elly to watch the kids, I hope Elly slams the door in her face and sets off an alarm of her own! BTW I think the “hour or so” is almost up.

You’re just making it worse, John. Better lawyer up (if that trick works in Canada).
