I use bread knife for cutting cardboard too. Perfectly suited for the job…long and the teeth evenly serrated with just right height. Electric knife is even better – less muscle power. Another would be the box cutter but it’s quite sharp so I never felt safe wielding it cutting cardboard which is corrugated, making cutting uneven and jarring.
