Paige: Daddy, what's a conjunction? Roger: A conjunction? Conjunction junction, what's your function? Hooking up words and phrases and clauses! Paige: In normal language, please. roger: I forget.
When I was a senior in high school (class of ‘88) a friend of mine was a typical goof off and when one of our teachers figured he’d take him down a few pegs by asking him to recite the Preamble to the Constitution, he immediately started singing the Schoolhouse Rock version…. the teacher had no choice but to say, “Good job”… he got a standing ovation!
