But why the tofu?Tofu is supposed to be a replacement for meat. Classic pirogi are potato and onion. I can understand varying the veggies to add eggplant, But Why The Tofu???
Andrea Fox is OBSESSED with eating healthy to the point that she overdoes it with the tofu and the soy beans, and doesn’t seem to realize that kids need protein like meat, too.
