Roger: What are you doing? Andy: Putting the turkey in the fridge so it'll thaw out. Roger: I thought you weren't buying a frozen one this year. Andy: I didn't. Roger: Hon, about the thermostat setting... Andy: I hear enough of this from the kids- don't you start, too.
Yet even Andy believes that it will thaw in the fridge when it froze on the counter. Refridgerators don’t heat. If the room is below freezing, so is everything in the fridge.
