Peter Fox: a glutton at a very, very, VERY young age

There is an old SF story where a guy swallows a matter transmitter that is on and has to EAT 24/7 and still is starving because the food is transmitted before it does any good.

Did that hat used to be Roger’s?

Was she breast feeding?

It seems Peter would do well in competitive eating; certainly better than baseball.

Now we know why Andy is so slender. The poor woman was nursed dry by that monster!

This is where the flashback series truly became a nightmare. You’d think that if Andy didn’t die first, she’d kill Peter. And make a point never to have another kid.

If Peter Fox existed in the real world, America would soon be a starving Third World nation.

Peter Fox has a preternatural proclivity for eating food and not getting fat.

“The Food of the Gods” by H. G. Wells. Basically the Food removes safety limitations on the host creature’s metabolism, allowing continuous growth and requiring continuous feeding. A great short story.
