I’ve seen a sit-up helper thingy that looked exactly like this for sale at K-Mart and Models for about $40

I’m wondering. Why didn’t Andy simply spot for him for a couple weeks until he got his abs used to actually working? Give him a hand to do those crunches? After his workout, I imagine her tummy could use some work as well.
