REX MORGAN: The taxi arc ran by rather quickly; perhaps the plane trip will also be fast. Does anyone know what state the Morgans are flying from?

    APT3G: Weekend review…

MARY WORTH: Now Dawn will be the “Ask Wendy” advisor for Jim.

PHANTOM: Interesting.PRINCE VALIANT: A “heated infusion.” (I am amused by this description)JUDGE PARKER: Avery gets it (last panel).SHORTY: Someone over at jsonline suggests Avery should get his own strip…a spin off. I think I agree.

Judge Parker – Now the truth comes out.Mark Trail – My philosophy about spiders is kill all black ones because it might be a black widow. Kill all brown ones because it might be a brown recluse. All orange spiders, turquoise spiders, chartreuse spiders and magenta spiders are safe with me. Also the cyan, lavender and indigo ones.

Rex – Sara gets her pony ride. Maybe they’re biggest problem will be that she likes it too well. I’m looking forward to seeing th apartments and meeting the tenants. We may see the cab driver in the future if he comes to the clinic.Judge Parker – Florchi and David saw something in Bea that I didn’t.Mary Worth – The two situations really don’t equate and it’s sometimes aggravating for people to say “I understand” when you know they don’t. Jim should get together with Becky (in Funky Winkerbean), who was a pianist till she lost her arm.Prince Valiant – The introduction of tea to England explained.Phantom – How did he recognize him? I think the warden may be the bad guy.

Judge Parker – Avery has already made what would be a better offer, but it could be dangerous getting out of her agreement with Bubba. It’s Sam who is really thinking things through in a logical manner.

Thanks, @DR.MIDNIGHT: It’s the 1st time I’ve read your comments. You’re welcome to comment more often.

PRINCE VALIANT: I believe the English didn’t drink tea until they acquired an Asian Empire. According to 18th century English writers, they drank coffee until tea was introduced.

Mark Trail – I must have walked past a million spiders on my walk this morning whilst looking for grasshoppers. I saw one recently and though I thought I could hear them, I didn’t see any to catch for fishing. It has been so hot this summer that I didn’t fish at all and its cool now.

According to some very brief research I just did, the English didn’t enter the tea business till the 17th Century. King Arthur dates back to the 5th or 6th Century, and much is legendary. Prince Valiant adds to the legend, not to historical fact.

Scottsdale to San Diego isn’t a bad flight. I wouldn’t waste frequent flyer miles on an upgrade unless flying considerable distance.
