Frazz: The king was tired of Damocles' envy. SO he threw him a banquet. Sat him at the head of the table. King for a day. Great food, hot waitresses. Music by Lyle Loveit. But Damocles couldn't enjoy it, because above him was a giant sword suspended from a single, fragile hair. So there's your moral: Caulfield: Nothing good can come of assigned seating.

Frazz needed to finish the story. The king’s point was that he lived constantly with a sword over his head, always fearful of assassination.
