Girl: Hey! Mrs. Olsen is driving without a seat belt! Frazz: Oh, geez. Girl: How do you forget your seat belt? It's right there! It's always there! Frazz: Maybe because they weren't always there. Girl: Mrs. Olsen is kind of old. Frazz: She did a lot of driving when cars didn't have seat belts. Girl: And she hasn't figured out they put them in?
