Miss Plainwell says, "I think the idea with expensive neighborhoods is that criminals can't afford to live in them." Frazz says, "Which, oops. What's the quote?" Frazz says, "'Behind every great fortune is a crime'?" Miss Plainwell says, "Balzac, right?" Frazz says, "Or Todd Snider and the lazy hippies. I lose track."
I have always assumed it is where the criminals do live. The big criminals, the white collar crime criminals. The ones who do not rob one person of their cash, but thousands of their pensions.
