Boy says, "Mr. Burke can be so preachy." Frazz says, "Burke? What did he say?" Boy says, "The sum of the squares of the two legs of a right triangle equals the square of the hypotenuse." Boy says, "The worst part is, he's convinced himself it's the truth." Frazz says, "It is the truth." Boy says, "If I don't understand or agree with it, it's an opinion."
That last statement sums up so many American’s ideas about science, its scary.
