I got the Sidney Harris reference, and I kind wonder if the Vitruvian-esque drawing is a mashup of Da Vinci and Munch, but the Daltrey/Townshend/Galt reference threw me at first: Daltrey/Townshend = Who; “Who is John Galt?”
