Frazz by Jef Mallett for August 17, 2011
Transcript:
Man: The ladies who I like display a few anomalies. You buy a good cheap pizza, there'll be cardboard in the cheese. Frazz says instead of "ladies" I should say, um, Caulfield: "Women". Man: Yeah! That's what he...Hey. Caulfield: I mean I think that's what he would have said to say.
I don’t understand the lyric anyway, women OR ladies. Is anomalies supposed to rhyme with cheese?
Is he comparing his women to cheap pizza, and are their “anomalies” akin to cardboard mucking up the cheese? If so, please don’t write any songs about me, Coa….. er, I mean Caulfield.I don’t want to find out I’m the beer can in his driveway, or the lumps in his mashed potatoes, even if he doesn’t mind them.
