Frazz by Jef Mallett for December 11, 2011
Transcript:
Caufield: My mom asked me to clean the basement. Frazz: In June, if memory serves. Caulfield: And this weekend, I did. Frazz: Good man. What was the catalyst? Caulfield: I realized the big reason anybody puts that off is that they know they'll have to let go of something they don't want to. It's just a matter of recognizing that treasure and knowing when you're ready to part with it. Frazz: Like an old toy...Or some cycling gear you bought perhaps a bit optimistically. Caulfield: No, like a Saturday in June. Frazz: A little easier to give up when it's cold and gray? Caulfield: Or when you really don't want to do your math worksheet.
…or, perhaps, because Christmas is near!
