Here in Pennsylvania, our two seasons are winter, and road construction.

@GatoCatThat is Lyle’s hair on top of his head, thus his name Lyle, named after country star Lyle Lovett. He got it way back at the beginning of Frazz by getting in the walls of the school and chewing on the wiring.

I’m in MI – walked outside this morning to hear our beautiful snow MELTING. This is just a yucky winter. Give me blizzards & snowstorms!

Yeah, but it was 19 yesterday.

Don’t you just love those weather mood swings.

Don’t worry it will soon be orange barrel season across the land.

One of my employers had a plant in Marquette, Michigan. As an engineer remarked, “My wife and I went to the movies on July 4 and missed summer.”

Many years ago I was amazed to learn that groundhogs and woodchucks are the same animals. So why have I never heard of Woodchuck Day?

How much ground would a groundhog hog if a groundhog could hog ground?

    Ground hog. Isn’t that sausage?

I once asked a native of the Berkshires in W. Massachussetts if they had a lot of snow in winters there. He told me they usually had four months of winter and eight months of poor sledding.

Lyle is neither a groundhog nor a giunea pig. He’s clearly a mole.Google him:“the story of the little mole who went in search of whodunit”It is HILARIOUS.

Here in Southeast VA, we do have 4 seasons. Sometimes all in the space of a couple of days.

This is hilarious – I know the Vernal Equinox is officially the beginning of Spring but in Alaska we’re still frozen solid and about five feet deep in snow and not likely to see Spring until mid-May.

This has been a warm winter for America in general. It’s been the least snowy one in recent memory.
