Love the symbolism of the one last leaf……I got lucky this year….A big wind blew most of the leaves away…(I lost power for two very cold nights, but that’s another story…)…Then it snowed so I couldn’t even get to the few that were left….BTW, most of the leaves blew underneath the lilac bushes on the side of the yard. But once they get there, they’re not leaves any more….They’re mulch…….
