Girl: Have you looked in the window at fitnessSPHERE lately? Frazz: The pool's packed, too. New Year, big ambitions. Girl: What's the term for that again? Frazz: Usually about two weeks. Girl: Not that kind of term, Frazz!
At my gym, they’re the “Resolutioners.” Usually by the end of February, a handful have been absorbed into the gymnosphere; the rest shaken off like dead skin.
It is the “verbal elite” who know when it’s all right to use the perfectly legitimate “ain’t.” I had a professor in my grad school years who loved using the word. You can get a dictionary as a free app if you want to learn about this — or any other — words in the English language. I’m here to serve.
I recall reading that fitness spas get their profits from the people who purchase memberships and then rarely, if ever, show up. I don’t go every day of the week, but I figure that I’m getting decent value for my money.

Truly amazing how much space is taken up here by Puma and 2 or 3 others taking pot shots at each other.
