I was walking my dogs years back and a Fat Cat decided to stalk the doxie. When my goldie-mix spotted the cat, it ran off and tried to jump a fence… more of a plop and ooze down.
I have read that skunks can’t climb fences, but I’m an eyewitness to one doing just that. It scurried up and over a 5-foot chain link fence when my retriever-mix spotted it and gave chase.

Good effort Fred! We can’t all jump like Jock but we can all do our best!

The Dears accidentally closed the gate. Usually it’s left open so Fred can enjoy the neighborhood with his pals.

Might be the reason why Fred likes to dig in the garden ;-)

I love the way Fred talks. He always ends with a nice little saying, as in today’s “want of trying.” This is such a nice comic!
