Fred! :o That’s some feat for a basset hound!

Come on, Fred lets see you do a double rope.

Am I right? I think I remember Fred doing this in a schoolyard years ago.

Today’s strip reminds me of one of my favourite Mintz Twins strips in Red and Rover:

The Mintz Twins were in the inflatable pool with Red and Rover. They were splashing themselves and Rover and singing:

“Ring-a-Ring-a-Rover,

A pocketful of clover,

Splashes, splashes,

All get wet!"

Red was looking away from his friend Rover and from the Mintz Twins and had a disgusted look on his face. Rover, however, was happy to be playing with the Mintz Twins.

Well Done Fred ! Next dog up !

I think the cartoonist caught Fred’s only jump. His structure won’t allow for more. That’s a keeper Fred!!
