Wait, that’s a cellphone. Why couldn’t he just take Fred out on the walk? He wouldn’t be the 100 millionth person that has overshared details on a call in public. Unless he needed some info on a piece of paper. Also, 16th in line would get you back home after a 30-minute walk.
