I still remember the first time the new preacher came out to our and grandparent’s farm to visit back in the early 1980s. We had the sweetest dog in the world. Except she was a great dane and st. bernard mix, which meant she was car window height with any of those late 70s and early 80s cars. So, we had to run out and distract her away so the preacher and his wife could open the doors.
