    I’d say, “Excuse me just a moment,” run in and get my video camera and then say, “Could you repeat that sales pitch again so you can be in a viral video where you’re shown to use manipulative and unethical sales practices, possibly opening your organization to ridicule and maybe even getting you suspended from said organization?”

    I wish they still went door-to-door – now they just set up tables on the sidewalks in front of stores or have their parents bring the order forms in to work for them.

    sphinx wormwood: “The Girl Scouts of today are the cookies of tomorrow” was John Chiardi’s take on it. His neighbor was treasurer of Girl Scouts and liked the slogan, but the Board didn’t.
