    Mother nature supplies what water there is. It is the DOIs job to see it is distributed fairly, cleanly and efficiently, which often means rationing it.

    It’s easy, it’s called A. Tag. The basic formula is as follows:

    <a href ="URL">Link Text

    Put the entire URL (example, “www.URL.com”) in the quotes between the quote marks, no spaces between quote marks. Replace the letters URL with the site you want to direct attention to.

    Type whatever you want in place of Link Text, remember to leave no spaces between > and <

    I have the 2nd line copied and saved on my desktop. When I want to direct to a different site, I edit it on that page, but don’t save the changes. You do it right and the link test will appear in blue.

    Note on the above, I had to put a space between the word href and the = sign. When you try it though it should start as href=
