Does this section of highway also get consideration? Can it also decide whether or not to have Herb as the adopter? (Is this a one-way deal for a two-way road?)
“Highway Adoption” means: swell marketing potential with a good cause attached! Seems like half the adopted stretches on Colorado highways are sponsored by marijuana businesses. I heard that they’re forbidden from putting up billboards and that this is how they’re able to get around that and get their brand up along the roadsides. Bully for them I say!
