Why crawdads you ask? Well, we tried catfish, but they were too lumpy. We also considered Gulf Shrimp, but they were too expensive, so we went with crawdads, paying children five cent a piece for them. Some of them were in poor condition when we got them, but after two weeks in the sun, you can’t even tell.It’s like magic.
