And I am still pondering what to do about Labor Day. I figured Potato Salad is a given. Iced Tea… a must. But to chose between Ribs slathered in thick sauce so it is nice and sticky when trying to eat. Or thin sliced Beef with a spicy coating. Or maybe Burgers with dripping Cheese? But I’m a big fan of Chicken! And I haven’t even started on thinking about a dessert!!!! (Wink!)
