Nah, Gertie will take Walt to the concert and hijinks will ensue. Maybe the old comics home will have an outing to the concert & Walt will run into Mutt & Jeff. I’d like that.
Got a question for y’all. Tell me what you think of the changes in the site, now that they’ve been in place for awhile. Good, bad, indifferent? What do you miss from the old, what do you (dis)like from the new.
I miss the old followers list. I didnt have many, but it was nice to see one pop up once in awhile. I know Marg must still be missing her Army.

Not to be intrusive but , a wise volunteer would pack an overnight kit . Maybe a recorder with a SUPPLY of tapes .
Now where would a man like Skeezix be going out at night at 88 years old? How about Slim and Clovia? Yes, where is Gretchen? She isn’t married yet and past 30 making her an old maid.
My step-father is 93. He travels all around the country and still keeps his pilots license. The guy is out nearly every night, church, friends, whatever. Age is in the mind.
To answer dypak’s question, I like the new format but like you I miss following people and being followed. I felt rather honoured that there were quite a few people following me. But the new format is faster than the old one.
