People who drive their cars for over a dozen years find that there is no way to rid of them when they are that old. They can call any junk yard in the country and hear the same thing, “Sorry, but there is nothing I can do with a car that old.”

The junkyard looks pretty healthy to me. Look how green the grass is. The EPA has much worse things to focus attention on.
