What Randy Quaid’s crop-dusting character said near the end of “Independence Day”.
- – - – -
Here’s the classic comics update for the 15th:
You never know when a situation is going to hit you.. and there may be no rhyme or reason to it. Phyllis tries a pep talk.
While enjoying a day out in the country, Gaye all but tells Rick that she’s just biding her time until he asks. But the thing with lawmen, is a dangerous job can come along anytime, anywhere.
Brenda and Lance are out of the restaurant, and heading back to Bedlam to get the story on what happened to Gracie, and why did it happen. The school doctor doesn’t think two black eyes, cuts and abrasions, and a likely concussion is all that serious? Where did they dig that guy up??
Pert, as a man who saves all his money, even to the point of pain at times, doesn’t appear to think much of his nephew Wilmer, who spends it faster than he makes it… is riddled with debt and quite possibly eyeing Pert’s vault as the (eventual) answer to his troubles. If he can’t keep the juggling act up, that is.

Is it bad for me to hope they go through the black hole … never to be seen again?
