Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley for February 21, 2010
Transcript:
Rob says, "Man, I liked one song on this CD so I bought it, but I don't like anything else on it." Bucky says, "That reminds me of the fable of the newlyweds." Rob says, "This better not be as stupid as the fable you told last week that ended: 'Never cover a judge by his book.'" Bucky says, "Once upon a time, an engaged couple went out to a karaoke club." Satchel says, "Ha ha! I like it already!" Bucky says, "Well, some guy gets up and sings the greatest cover of 'Stairway to Heaven' they'd ever heard..." Bucky says, "So after he was done they asked him if he ever sang weddings." Rob says, "Get to the point." Bucky says, "Turns out he'd just recorded an album of his own love songs, and he was a justice of the peace, so he could even marry them." Rob says, "So the point is...?" Bucky says, "Well, in the end, his songs were so bad, he ruined the couple's wedding." Rob says, "What, in the name of all that is holy, is the point?" Bucky says, "Don't book a judge by his cover." Rob says, "You're grounded."
These are actually pretty good!
