While Bucky is indeed responsible for breaking the boat he isn’t to blame for Satchel being so colossally stupid that,

1. He assumed the boat would go down the comparatively small hole in the toilet when flushed, and

2. He kept flushing the toilet over and over until the entire apartment was flooded because he kept thinking that maybe the next flush would work.

Furthermore if Rob’s argument of blame has any validity then Rob himself is the one who is to blame for this mess because Satchel told Rob Bucky was planning to break the boat and Rob failed to stop Bucky in the first place.

P2 is a classic line.

Bucky should have gone a bit more obscure: “Put your glasses on Road Hog!”
