Bucky must smell with his paws if he has to put the coin down in order to smell the trash. Reminds me of the storekeeper telling the kids: “Look with your eyes, not your hands!”

I mostly read this strip for the dialog. I especially loved the one where Mac Manc McManx did a commercial for something, I didn’t understand a word of it but I laughed hysterically.

You can tell this is an old, re-run strip. Tuna snax for $1? Not any more!

Wonder if it was a rat from Mr. Warwick’s textile mill?
