I can see this one a mile away … something bad will happen at the gig Friday. Derek will either become the next model for the side of a milk carton, or Tuck will break his hand in an “accident”. Therefore, not allowing him the opportunity to pitch.

MILFord will go down in flames in the playdowns, and Gil will drown his sorrows in cookies and milk.

Prediction: Backyard Tire Fire will sing the national anthem and play a free post-game show, with Slim and the Longshots to open.

P2, look at that massive sandwich Kaz is eating, It is not a $5 footlong. Gil is having a cupa Joe with his Burger.

I just enlarged P3 and noticed that Gil has lost both his nose and mouth! Something’s really eating at Milford. Whatever it is, it should be fed one of Kaz’s monster 2,547 calorie high in saturated fat sandwiches.

That’s no sandwich is Kaz’s hands – it’s a book. Kaz is literally eating knowledge.

P2 – that condiment is either mustard or Elmer’s Glue.

I thought it was a flask of something stronger.

So, Gil and Kaz are pals with Backyard Tire Fire and can contact them any time to pitch high school students’ bands? Huh, never woulda called that one.

At least the writers had Derek promptly approach Gil about the situation instead of dragging out his agonizing over the situation for a couple weeks (i.e. two days of Milford time).

Looks like Kaz’s sandwich got a hold of his HGH.
