Great, Chance and Charlie are trying hard to support the team by not picking a side, so Gil leans on them and forces them to spill their guts when they don’t want to point fingers of guilt at their team mates for bad behavior? Not sure that abuse of the innocent is a good coaching technique. (I’d have been happier if Chance and Charlie had shown up in Gil’s office saying, “Coach, I think the team has a problem.” and let Gil be the wise father figure he often managed in the good old days. Or do students no longer trust him enough to come in and talk/ask for help?)
