Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Gâday Jason, Joe, Lonewolf and Meggsie fans.
If Dad didnât know how to recognise the grain in the wood then maybe someone hid the hammer rather than let him get loose with it.
I would like to know whoâs trying to murder the grafitti, itâs trying to say âIt takes time to save timeâ.
I think itâs more likely a gocomics/uclick issue, as I understand the strips are submitted weeks before they are published. In any case I hope they get fixed soon.
In a pinch I would use a wrench as a hammer. I believe you can guess from there how some of my tools look like :P
Hi again Joe. Thanks for your comments, I appreciate being able to share the times that Ginger has had over the years. More on the way.
Chikuku: Yes, that was quite an observation for a 12? year-old. Ginger has remained on the precipice of boy and man for 89 years. In my experience, in doing so he has not only given those younger than him something to look forward to, but has also given to those who grew older a welcome jog to fond memories of when they were that age. To me, the deepest humour in Meggsie often comes from looking at myself within that context.
Nite all, dawn is breaking in the land of (eastern) Oz..
Am I the only one who noticed this? In the second panel, the claw of the hammerâs outline is facing towards the tools. Then in the two last panels, the claw is facing towards Ginger. Did Mr. Chatfield make some goof-up?
I was 12 years and 7 weeks old when puberty took hold. Suddenly I wondered why boys shunned girls when here was this delightful person in the same holiday camp. The grim reality surrounding wanting to grow up because adults didnât argue took a little longer and was replaced long ago by wishing I could be Gingerâs age again.

Joe: they sure do, pixels are too big. Maybe the hammer got pixelated rather than belated.

I thought Jason went off to France or someplace for a bit. Maybe thatâs the cause of the bad strips.
