Myopia is progressive. So is presbyopia. Find frames that work. Or hope that your arms start growing longer after age 40.
Due to my photophobia (extreme sensitivity to blue light), I got golfer’s glasses with a special blue coating. $750, but now I can go into rooms lit by LED lights and not get headaches.
