Cascade Locks, Oregon has East Winds. Most folks stop there for an ice cream cone. ALWAYS get a small!!! (even that is a LOT of ice cream!)A visiting friend insisted she needed a large. Took a single lick and the remainder ended up on the ground.Everyone just laughed, and I then got her a small saying “told you so!”
