Michael: Our hotel doesn't have a pool! Gabby: Lots of hotels here in New York City don't have pools. Michael: Water here costs $3 per bottle, so it must be too expensive. Gabby: Well, it's not like we're on an island surrounded by water, or anything.

Um, I think it’s more the cost of real estate. Much more than $3/square foot.
