Hate to say it, but the right to happiness is mentioned in The Declaration of Independence and under modern constitutional law was dropped and replaced by the Constitution. Not saying I agree with this.

FYI: No one has a right to happiness. It is the RIGHT to pursue happiness.

There is no right to happiness in the Declaration of Independence. There IS the right to the Pursuit of Pappiness. Ya gotta work to get it.
