    Etorre “Hector” Boiardi was actually a really respected chef who had a popular restaurant in 1920’s Cleveland when Italian food was considered exotic in the Mid-West. Started his food company y selling his tomato sauce in washed out milk bottles.

    I ate their ravioli a lot when I was a starving student. It made a nice change from ramen noodles.
